Registration Requirements for Families

All families must be registered at OLHC Parish so that your child/children can be put on our roster. A Baptismal Certificate is required for all new students. A transcript from the previous Religious Education program must be provided if students are transferring from another parish.

Academy Students Registering for Sacraments
Academy students registering for Sacraments must be registered at OLHC Parish and bring a Baptismal Certificate when registering.

Children with Special Needs are always welcome in our program!
